Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of consent in your region) to use Flora. If you are under 18, use with a parent or guardian's awareness where appropriate.

Not professional advice

Flora is a supportive tool, not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or legal advice. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, please contact a qualified professional or crisis line. We are not liable for decisions you make based on content in the app.

Your account and conduct

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for your use of Flora. You agree not to harass others, share illegal content, impersonate anyone, or misuse the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you create. By using Flora, you give us the limited rights we need to provide and improve the service (e.g. storing and displaying your content to you). We do not use your journal or private content for marketing or sell it to third parties.

Beta and availability

Beta access is invite only. Creating an account does not guarantee access. We may change features, availability, or pricing in the future. We will communicate significant changes where possible.

Flora is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flora and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of Flora after changes means you accept the updated terms. We will post changes on this page and may notify you for material updates.
