How it works
No pressure, no rush. Just three steps to a space that's yours.
Create your private space
Just an email and password. Your account is yours alone. Nothing you write or share is ever seen unless you choose it.
Breathe, write, talk
Gentle journal prompts, a companion who actually listens, and tools that meet you where you are. No judgment, ever.
Find your people (if you want)
Small, moderated circles where others get it. Share as much or as little as you need. You're in control.
What's inside
Everything here is built to hold you, not fix you or push you. Just meet you where you are.
Guided journaling
Short prompts that actually feel doable. Pour it out in a space that's only yours. No one else ever has to see it.
A companion who listens
Someone to talk to at 2am when it's heavy. Gentle, evidence-based support that validates how you feel, without telling you what to do.
Community circles
Small groups of people who get it. Share when you're ready, lurk when you're not. We keep it safe so you can be real.
Your growth, reflected
A little plant that grows as you do. Track moments of care and kindness to yourself, and watch something bloom alongside you.
Questions we hear a lot
Honest answers, no fine print vibes.
Yes. Your journal is yours. We encrypt everything and never sell or share your data. What you write stays between you and Flora unless you decide otherwise. We take that seriously.
Right now Flora is completely free. We may introduce optional paid features in the future to help sustain the app, but we will never put core features (journaling, the companion, community) behind a paywall. What matters most will always stay free.
Beta is invite only for now. You can create an account to apply for access; we're letting people in gradually and your feedback will shape what Flora becomes. If you're accepted, you'll get early access and be first to know when we fully launch.
Flora is built specifically for reproductive health, the hard, emotional, often lonely parts. We're trauma-informed and don't do generic “wellness.” Our companion is trained to listen and validate, not lecture. Our community is moderated so it actually feels safe. We're not here to fix you; we're here to hold space.
We need an email to keep your account secure and send important updates. Beyond that, you choose your display name and what you share. No one in the community sees your real identity unless you want them to.
Think of it as someone who's there at 3am when everything feels like too much. It listens, reflects back what you're feeling, and offers gentle support rooted in therapeutic practice. It's not therapy, but it's a safe place to be heard when you need it.
No. Flora is a supportive space for reflection, comfort, and connection. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or medical advice. If you're in crisis or need clinical support, we encourage you to reach out to a qualified professional or a crisis line. We've linked to resources below.
